After breakfast, leave Kampala for Murchison Falls National Park. You will drive northwest through the famous battle zone of the Luwero Triangle. Have a stop at Ziwa Rhino's sanctuary for Rhino tracking. Following extinction of Uganda's Rhino in the early 1980s during the period of civil unrest and heavy poaching, a sanctuary has now been established to breed black and white rhino, and restore rhino populations in Uganda's protected areas in a later stage. Dinner and overnight at Masindi Hotel.

After breakfast, go for a morning game drive which will take you through different habitats. On the drive you may see different animals which include giraffes, Elephants, Bushbucks Lion, Jackal, Hartebeest and a variety of bird life. Take a drive to the top of the falls. From the different points of view you will be able to see the refreshing spray as the second world?s longest river, the Mighty Nile thunders through different rapids from a 7-meter gap to fall over 40 meters below. Transfer to the lodge for lunch and later proceed to the river for a launch trip from where a number of animals can be seen. These include schools of Hippos, crocodiles, water birds, sometimes elephants, among others. Many birds can also be seen at the banks of the river. These include Goliath herons, Egyptian geese, pelican bee-eaters, kingfishers, Hornbills, cormorants and the rare shoe bill stork. Evening game drive before you retire for dinner and overnight at Paraa Safari Lodge/ Sambiya River Lodge/ Red Chilli

After breakfast you will enter the tropical rain forest of Budongo for a guided nature walk. From the forest, there are a number of chimpanzees as well as other primates. Have lunch and relax as you regain for another superb evening a game drive on the Northern banks of the Nile from where you will be able to spot elephants, lions, Rothschild?s giraffes, cape buffalos, waterbucks, oribi, bushbucks, spotted hyenas, hartebeests ,leopards and lions. Dinner and overnight at Paraa Safari Lodge/ Sambiya River Lodge/ Red Chilli

After breakfast start off from Murchison Falls National Park for Fort portal. Heading Southwest wards through the Albertine rift, this journey takes you through beautiful scenic area characterized by escarpments of the western arm of the Great East African Rift Valley. On reaching the colorful and beautiful Fort Portal town located in the shadow of the mythical Mountains of the Moon, continue to the lodge for dinner and overnight.Dinner and Overnight at Ndali Lodge/Primate Lodge.

After an early breakfast, proceed to Kibale Forest National Park for Chimpanzee trekking. While on the track you will be able to encounter other different primate species which include Red-Colobuses, Grey cheeked Mangabeys, black-and-white colobus monkeys, the blues as well as other wildlife such as butterflies, birds and many other small insects. Your tour guide will guide you through tree identification in the forest as well as in explaining to you the other features of the forest. After tracking return to the lodge for lunch after which you will take a nature walk through the Bigodi Swamp. On the walk different birds and mammals can be seen. Dinner and Overnight at Ndali Lodge/Primate Lodge Kanyanchu.

After breakfast drive to Queen Elizabeth National park. You will enter the park while viewing the mystical Rwenzori Mountain range. With a game drive en-route you may see different animals which include the comical warthogs, lions, leopards, buffaloes, elephants, hyenas and a variety of antelope species. After lunch, proceed to Kazinga Channel for a launch cruise. On the cruise different animals can be seen drinking water along the shores. These include hippos, elephants, buffaloes as well as water birds. Dinner and Overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge /Jacana Lodge / Kingfisher / Mweya Hostel

Morning game drive and Maramagambo nature walk After a cup of coffee embark on an early morning game drive along Kasenyi tracks and Queens mile in the park and expect to see lions, elephants, cape buffalos, warthogs, spotted hyenas, mongoose, waterbucks, kobs and, if lucky, the leopard, plus a lot of small animals and birds. Drive back to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon drive to Ishasha Sector of Queen Elizabeth via Maramagambo Forest for dinner and overnight at Ishasha wilderness camp/ savanna camp.

Search for tree climbing lions and depart for Bwindi impenetrable forest After breakfast take a game drive on a search of the famous tree climbing lions which are always spotted clinging on old fig trees. A drive through this open Savannah landscape characterized with a variety of acacia trees is quite a memorable adventure. Proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable National park found in the southern part of the country. If Time permits, you may take a visit to the local communities to have an adventure of Uganda?s rural communities or relax at the lodge. Dinner and overnight at Buhoma Homestead/ Gorilla Resort/ Buhoma community Bandas.

An early breakfast and entry into the gorilla sanctuary of the spectacular Bwindi Impenetrable forest. This tropical moist forest is a home to half of the remaining mountain gorillas that are consecrated in dramatic, heavily forested and dense landscapes. Looking into the deep eyes of the rare, moving and fascinating mountain gorillas is quite an unforgettable experience that you can only receive from Uganda. Dinner and overnight at Buhoma Homestead / Gorilla Resort/ Buhoma community Bandas.

After having breakfast, we shall take a scenic drive to Kabale taking you through the beautiful terrain of the rolling hills with terraced landscape. The scenery and the cool temperatures have awarded this area to be referred to as the "Switzerland of Africa? since it nearly resembles the Swiss Alps. We shall have a convenient stopover at the Bakiga Museum in Kabale to discover the culture of the people living in the area. After having lunch, take a boat ride on Africa?s second deepest lake. The boat ride will take you to various islands for bird viewing and sight seeing. Dinner and overnight at Bushara Island/ Bunyonyi Over land Camp/ Arcadia cottages, Bunyonyi.

After breakfast, you will drive to Lake Mburo National Park, the smallest savanna national park in Uganda. Reaching Mbarara by lunch time, have lunch at Lake View Regency Hotel. Take an evening game drive through the park. On the drive you expect seeing beautiful impalas, cape buffalos, zebras, oribis, elands and topi. Along with the game drive, many visitors also enjoy a boat trip on Lake Mburo. A number of acacia associated and water birds can also be seen in the park. These include Papyrus gonoleks, Brown-faced lapwings, Carruther?s cisticolas, the extraordinary White winged Warbler and Bare-faced Go-away bird. Dinner and overnight at Mantana Tented Camp/ Mihingo lodge or Rwonyo camp

Start your day with an early morning game drive through the park and later return to the lodge for breakfast. Go for a guided nature walk to the salt lake area where there is a blind observatory that can allow you to see more than four different animal species licking salt from the salty soils. After having lunch, embark on the drive to Kampala having a stopover at the Equator for some photos arriving in Kampala late evening. Dinner and Overnight at Sheraton Hotel /Cassia Lodge or Holiday express Hotel.

Depart to Jinja; Via Ssezibwa falls to see the spiritual healing waters, Mabira forest for a forest walk, then proceed for lunch at hotel triangle afternoon visit to the source of the Nile and Jinja market, dinner at Jinja Nile Resort or King Fisher or Hotel Triangle.

After breakfast depart to sipi falls in Mount Elgon, Mbale, and Lunch at Mbale Resort hotel before proceeding to Sippi Falls Safari Lodge or Crow's Nest where you will have dinner and overnight on full board basis.

This morning you will be guided for a nature walk to all the three water falls of Sipi, you will have a picnic lunch at the falls, return later in the evening for dinner and overnight at Sippi Falls Safari Lodge or Crow?s Nest.

You will return to Kampala, via Jinja for lunch at Sunset hotel to enjoy the traditional dishes served here before proceeding, arrive for dinner and overnight at Cassia Lodge or Entebbe Tourist Hotel
Day 18: Transfer to Ssese Island.

After breakfast, relax for a while and have an early lunch at the hotel. Drive to Nakiwogo for your transfer to Ssese Islands at 2.00pm. The island will give you the Caribbean experience with their white sand beaches and sky blue waters. You will also encounter the vervet and colobus monkey, a variety of bird species and scores of butterflies. Dinner and overnight at Ssese Island beach hotel or Mirembe Resort FB.

After an early breakfast, you will take part in an optional activity like a forest walk, half day fishing or an island tour. Dinner and overnight stay at Ssese Islands beach hotel or Mirembe Resort.
Day 20: Ssese Islands - Kampala

Have an early breakfast and board the ferry at 8.00 oclock for your transfer to Kampala and arrive just in time for lunch at your hotel. We shall visit some interesting places around the city. These include Kasubi tombs (a burial ground for the Buganda Kings.), the Uganda Museum and Uganda Maytrs Shrine. Depending on the week day, we could also go for some cultural entertainment at Ndere Cultural centre. (Optional activities). Overnight stay at Cassia lodge or Entebbe tourist hotel.
