Day 1: Nairobi – Mombasa
Morning relaxation later take an afternoon visit to the nearby Nairobi National Park that surrounds the city as its back drop. Board the train to Mombasa arriving the next morning. Overnight stay at sleeper lodge.
Day 2: Diani Beach
This day will be spent at beach sunbathing or engage in numerous water spots that are available like; Scuba diving, snorkeling, winds surfing, big game fishing and deep sea diving overnight at Mombasa Serena Hotel.
Day 3: Drive to Naivasha
Morning cup of tea at your hotel before you deport for Naivasha. Boat ride is scheduled for mid morning to Crescent Island and then proceed to Hell Gate after lunch. Overnight at Crater Lake camp (FB).
Day 4: Naivasha-Nakuru Lake
Visit an orphanage in Naivasha and continue onto lake Nakuru. Visit a black and white Rhino’s sanctuary. Overnight Lake Nakuru Serena Safari Lodge (FB)
Day 5: Lake Nakuru-Masai Mara
Leave Lake Nakuru for the Masai Mara game reserve. Afternoon game drives in the mystic plains. Overnight at Masai Mara Serena Safari Lodge.
Day 6: Whole day in Masai Mara.
Visit some of the Masai village. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 7: Masai Mara-Nairobi-Lake Manyara National Park
Morning game viewing, after take breakfast, enjoy a scenic flight over the great rift valley to Nairobi connect with another flight to Kilimanjaro Airport. Lunch at Mountain village Serena, drive to Lake Manyara. Enjoy panoramic views over the escarpment of the Great Rift Valley. Meals and overnight at Lake Manyara Serena Lodge (FB).
Day 8 & 9: Lake Manyara-Serengeti National Park
A morning game drive in Lake Manyara National Park with its variety of habitats ranging from dense forest, to ground water swamp and open Savannah. Lunch at your lodge, after which you will continue to the Serengeti plains, morning and late evening game viewing in the Seregenti. Look out for the vast herds of wild beasts, zebra, lion and cheetah that may be spotted on rocky out crops. Meals and overnight Seregenti Serena Lodge (FB).
Day 10 & 11: Seregenti-Ngorongoro Crater
After breakfast retrace your steps by driving to Ngorongoro Crater, stopping en route to visit the small archaeological museum at Olduvai Gorge where Louis and Mary Leakey found the fossilized of man’s oldest ancestors. After lunch, enjoy the view of Ngorongoro Crater 600 meters below. The next day after early morning cup of coffee, descend wonderful variety of wildlife and landscape which makes Ngorongoro a nature wonder of the world. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Serena Lodge (FB).
Day 12: Ngorongoro Crater – Zanzibar
After breakfast return to Arusha for your lunch and flight to the spice Island of Zanzibar. Met and assisted by to your culture stone hotel, Zanzibar Serena Inn for your overnight stay.
Day 13: Stone town
Morning coffee then walks around stone town to the Arab Fort, house of wonders and then in the afternoon prison island and snorkeling. Return to the hotel for an overnight.
Day 14: Depart Zanzibar
Transfer to the Airport for your onward flight to Entebbe International Airport. Arrive in the morning hours transfer to your hotel and relax. If you have energy take a city tour around Kampala to places like Kasubi Tombs, Uganda Museum and Craft shops. Overnight at Sheraton Hotel (HB).
Day 15: Kampala – Murchison Falls
Your guide will be you at your hotel (0800hrs). drive to Murchison falls through the famous Luwero Triangle. Lunch en route in Masindi. You will continue through the park stopping at the top of the falls, here the Nile the longest river in the world, is forced through the harrow gap in the rock. From here you will proceed taking a ferry across the river Nile to Para Safari Lodge or Nile safari camp (FB).
Day 16: Morning Chimpanzee Trekking and Boat Cruise
After taking a cup of tea, you will go for morning chimp trekking in Kaniyo Pabidi Forest. You may see many forest birds, including the white thigh hornbill, puvels and chocolates-backed kingfisher. After trekking, return to the lodge for lunch before taking your afternoon launch cruise. The launch cruise will expose you to a number of animals like hippos, the park is reported to have about 40,000 hippos, you may see the rare and prehistoric looking shoebills which is across between the dinosaur and dodo in addition, there are some bee-eaters darting along the river bank. Return to the lodge for overnight and dinner.
Day 17: Murchison falls – Queen Elizabeth National Park
After taking breakfast, you will drive southwest from MFNP through the great rift valley escarpment. Drive through Hoima and reach the colourful and beautiful town of Fort Portal. Located in the Mountains of the moon where you will have your lunch en route. Proceed to Queen Elizabeth National Park arriving in the evening. Dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge or Jacana .
Day 18: Chimpanzee trekking and lunch cruise
Depart at 0800hrs for chimpanzee trekking in Kyambura Gorge. You may see a number of primates especially different chimpanzee species, animals like hyenas, lion, monkeys like; black and white colobus monkeys and a variety of bird species. Return for lunch after trekking the chimps. Afternoon lunch cruise along Kazinga Channel. Where you will have an opportunity to see wildlife spectacle, the shore of the channel attracts large number of birds, mammals and reptile year around. However, lion are most reliable sighted on open Kasenyi plain. After this wonderful boat cruise you will return to the lodge. Overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge or Jacana (FB).
Day 19: Depart Bwindi through Ishasha for climbing lions
Your drive will take you through the southern part of QENP known as Ishasha. Lunch en route and try to find the tree climbing lions before proceeding to Bwindi. Bwindi is famous for its mountain gorillas, bird life and variety of flora. Overnight at Gorilla Resort (FB).
Day 20: Gorilla trekking
Wake up early for breakfast, briefing from the rangers set off for mountain Gorilla trekking in the forest. Tracking mountain Gorillas can be tough and we hope you are in reasonable fit condition. You will carry a picnic lunch into the forest as you head for trekking. Dinner and overnight at Gorilla Resort .
Day 21:
Drive to Kampala with a stopover at the Equator for photographs and crafts at Mpambirwe drum makers. Proceed to the Airport for your outbound flight.
